MEMO-Qc is working to develop awareness among the general public, the media and the government authorities on the major issues faced by people with spinal cord injuries. With our numerous province-wide campaigns, leaflets and posters, videos and other means, we want to promote the needs of our members. This prominent media presence allows us to sensitize a large number of people throughout Quebec to the realities of living with a spinal cord injury.
A spinal cord injury can affect anyone, since they often result from accidents that happen every day. However, in many cases, these accidents could have been avoided and we do not neglect the importance of prevention in advocating for the rights of our members.
