handicap&nbsp;(CODDPSH)<\/strong>&nbsp;of which&nbsp;<strong>Moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re et motricit\u00e9 Qu\u00e9bec (M\u00c9MO-Qc)<\/strong>&nbsp;is a member, invites its members and activists to send a postcard (paper or electronic) to the <strong>Health Minister, Mr. Christian Dub\u00e9<\/strong>. &nbsp;The purpose of this postcard is to put pressure on the provincial government so that
