To qualify for our services, the job seeker must:
- Be aged 16 or over
- Have a physical or neurological disabilty
- Reside on the island of Montreal
- Be motivated and wanting a job
Services we can offer:
- Individualized support: needs assessment, skills assessment, clarification of personal goals, exploration of the labor market
- Career guidance
- Introduction to various methods used to find employment, ie. writing a cover letter, helping with writing a resume, interview preparation, etc.
- Evaluation of the client’s working capacity through a rehabilitation centre
- Adaptation of the client’s workplace
- Chance of eligibility for subsidy programs or measures such as:
