As stated in its mission, MEMO-Qc supports Quebec researchers in their goal to improve the quality of life of paraplegics and quadriplegics. MEMO-Qc also has the task of raising funds to support scientific research in three specific areas:
- Finding a cure to fix spinal cord injuries;
- Improving the quality of life for people with spinal cord injuries;
- Preventing spinal cord injuries.
A spinal cord injury is still an irreversible medical condition. However, at MEMO-Qc, we truly believe that contribution and collaboration to scientific research will eventually turn the dream of finding a cure into a reality.
